Generally, all of our products have a full 30 days money-back guaranteed from the receipt of original order. If your product does not meet your needs within this period, feel free to contact us by emailing us at service@maxtronictoys.com let us know what we can do to help you.
After we received your return request, we will provide you an address for return. Once we receive the parcel, we will notify you and issue a refund or send you the replacement product.
Please kindly be advised that your return or exchange must meet the following criteria in order for us to process it:
a) Original conditions with all accessories, including manuals, warranty registration, etc.
b) Your order number as well as return reason written on paper.

NOTE:
1.You need to pay for your shipping costs for returning your item with non-quality problem within 30 days from the date you purchased it.
2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item after 30 days from the receipt of original order.
3. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4.We'll not issue the refund if you return your item to the incorrect return address.
5.We are only able to issue a refund to the original account of purchase for the order.
